Daily routine

How a day at Little Learners looks like

We plan our activities depending on each child’s age, stage of development and level of understanding. Planning always follows the children interests, learning styles and schemas. It is always based around play.

A daily routine looks different for each group, according to the children’s age. Still, all the activities are related to the same areas of learning and the classroom is structured in the same way: Small World, Imaginative play/Role-play area, Book area, Malleable area, Construction area, Art/creative area, Games area, Investigation area, Writing area, Computer area.

We offer a varied day for children and our aim is always to stimulate, educate and entertain. There is a structure and plan to what we do to ensure children in our care have a balanced and varied day – this applies to all aspects of their growth and development.

Your child will have a wide range of extra-curricular activities and clubs:
  •  Mind Lab
  •  Personal and social development
  •  Swimming
  •  Arts
  •  Acting
  •  Movement and dance
  •  Tennis
  •  Karate
Trips, visits, special events and celebrations

Children learn through play and we are able to provide a wide range of activities suitable for individual needs and stages of development throughout the nursery. Creative skills are encouraged through painting, music, dance and exploratory play, with opportunities for children to express themselves.
