Little Nursery offers space and education for 3 groups for children aged 1- 5.

Pre-Nursery: 1-3 years old

This is a place for your child to enjoy free play, singing sessions and structured play, promoting their social skills and satisfying their inquisitive minds. Every day is a new experience: sand, water, collages, building, baking, puzzles and the home corner are just a few of the activities your child will enjoy. Your child will start to learn all round development skills such as primary colors, shapes and counting. Circle time brings children together so that we can develop their auditory listening and social skills. These types of rituals are very important to build a sense of rhythm and familiarity, which encourages social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. We use British Sign Language as children at this age are able to associate a movement of their hands and/or arms with a need or want. This gives them a sense of control of their environment and a sense of well being as they begin to communicate.

Nursery: 3 - 4 years old

Our teachers make children feel successful and very special and they are treated as respected individuals. An increased interest in joint play such as make-believe, construction and games helps children to learn the important social skills of sharing and cooperating. Specialized areas for learning are introduced so children may make choices and play independently as they learn. Children still need the comfort and security of special people. Close, warm relationships with teachers form the basis for much learning, such as encouraging children to make healthy choices in food and exercise.

Reception: 4-5 years old

Reception rooms offer stimulating, exciting activities to stretch skills and imagination and will give your child a head start for when they begin school. These are communication, language and literacy, mathematical development, knowledge & understanding of the world, creative & physical development as well as personal, social and emotional development. This is an environment in which children will flourish and become more confident and independent with each day, they will be able to express ideas, thoughts, and feelings in front of a group during Carpet Time. They will start to write and read simple words as they will start to learn Jolly Phonics.

Enrollment fee: 300 RON.

Discounts:

• 10 % discount for the 2sd and 3rd child from the same family. 
• 5 % discount for recommending and enrolling another child.
• 10 % discount for paying in advance for each term (September –October until 3rd of September 2013, January – March until 15th of December 2013, April – July until 15th of March 2014).

The fees include: all the resources and materials used in daily activities, the meals, trips and visits for the Nursery and Reception groups, clubs: Baby Sign Language (in Pre-school and Nursery groups), Movement and Dance (in all the groups), Acting (in Nursery and Reception), Karate (in Reception).

Medical assistance: Little Learners Nursery has a medical room, a permanent nurse and doctor coming every week.
